I only used this pad as a heating pad and I love it. It delivers a smooth, consistent warmth that lasts far longer than I expected. I absolutely love this microwave heating pad. This is a moist heat, flaxseed-style warmer, and it holds heat significantly longer than an electric heating pad. According to my physician, this type of heat penetrates deeper than electric heat—and I can honestly feel the difference. When I wear this on my lower back, I relax almost instantly and usually fall asleep shortly after. The warmth is soothing, not harsh, it's very sturdy and it does exactly what it’s supposed to do: relieves tension, loosens tight muscles, and promotes deep relaxation. I’ve also been using it on my shoulders with great results. It was highly recommended to me, and now I understand why. This has become a go-to in my self-care and pain-relief routine. The heat this gives off is great for my aching back and knees. It loosens up the muscles really well. We also like it to heat up our bed in the winter or put under my shirt for extra warmth. I love the lava rocks because they don’t smell like my rice bag does when heated in the microwave.

I have a manual labor job and sometimes the lifting and loading is a lot on my back and neck. I love that this can be tied around you so that you can use it on the go. I put it in for just 2 mins and it gets super hot (which I like)! It's also super soft material which I love! The only thing I dont like is that the heat seems to go away quickly but perhaps that's bc I'm moving and around a lot and not sitting or laying down with it to keep the heat in. Still love it and using it at work. Definitely no regrets in buying it!

This is by far the best microwave heating pad! The heat stays and it’s very therapeutic! It’s soft and conforms to your body. The pad has straps so it can be tied around your waist and shoulders. Not only can this be used as a heating source but can be used as a cold compress by placing it in the freezer. I have purchased 3; one for myself, one for my husband and daughter. I highly recommend!

About a year ago I had purchased the extra long neck wrap from this company via a recommendation from a friend. I thought to myself 'okay.. I will give up my hot water bottle in exchange for this for a while'. I was pleasantly surprised how easy it was to use, how easy it is to microwave, and re-microwave, and the amount of heat that it gives off. No pouring hot water or caps. I even enjoyed the fragrance that came when the product was first opened. Which eventually wore off. Inside I believe is husks, which is biofriendly. The fabric that surrounds the product is very soft, the weight is very nice on the shoulders and back. The product that I had purchased this time with the lower back wrap it fits perfectly around my waist and can wrap and tie itself around with two easy to tie bands. Easy to microwave and again very soft fabric. I highly recommend this company for they are made in the United States. A few things you should know about this you should read the instructions very carefully when heating this product. The heat wrap can burn if you do not follow the heating instructions. So read them when you get the product. You can also make it into a cool pack and the directions for that is to fold the product into a plastic bag and then place the plastic bag in the freezer for 1 hour. This is my second purchase with this company after purchasing the neck wrap. I will definitely recommend this product to anybody.

This item was good quality and size, but it's problem is loosing heat too fast, it keeps water warm for max 20-30 minutes.

J'aime ce coussin chauffant car il n'est pas très lourd comparé à d'autres que j'ai essayé. Il s'attache facilement et tient bien en place. Je l'adore. Mais, il est quand même dispendieux.
