When I took them off the charger after about 16 hours and attempted to use them, within 5 minutes, they were saying they needed to be charged. It constantly disconnects from my device for no reason. I used it for a conference call the other day, and after 45 minutes it just totally shut off (died). Also, the directions make sense because 1) they were written by someone who has no knowledge of the english language and therefore don't make sense and 2) when you do finally figure out what it is trying to say, the steps are out of order!
