Don't really know why this is not more widely advertised. I bought this for my husband to help him through cancer treatment and have recommended it to everyone I know that has had a loved one or an acquaintance with a disease that impacts their eating habits. Scandishakes have a wonderful taste - like melted ice cream. Its also good if you just need to gain weight (not my problem) or know someone who needs some help packing on pounds. Have never recommended this product to anyone who hasn't come back to me many times to thank me for alerting them to this product.
