Frozen Backpack with Matching Lunchbox Set Featuring Anna and Elsa

DO NOT BUY THIS GARBAGE!!! My package arrived without any kind of receipt/order form/return label....nothing, nada, just the backpack and lunchbox in the box. Obviously the company that sold this piece of junk to me knew it had defects and didn't want it returned hence the lack of any kind of order receipt with it. As soon as I tried to put the lunch box back on to the backpack the threading that held the plastic piece the velcro attaches to came out! Didn't handle it hard, was actually careful, yet it just popped off the lunchbox. Waited a little too late to receive it, the day before Kindergarten started, so figured okay that sucks but too late now. Well that evening when I was gently writing my child's name on the inside of the backpack with a permanent marker the lining ripped!!!! Then the next morning 15 minutes before my child got on the bus for the very first day of Kindergarten THE ZIPPER FELL OFF! Yes, the zipper fell off! No kind of little plastic pieces at the end of the zipper that one would normally find. Thankfully was able to get it back on a couple of minutes before the bus arrived and had to instruct my child to not unzip it more than necessary to put the folder in. Had to hope all day that it didn't break. What a HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE product!!!!! Never have I had to give such an awful review of anything that I've purchased off of Amazon!

Complete piece of sh!t. Aside from the fact there is only one main compartment (because they figured, "oh, we'll let kids attached their lunchboxes, which is -physically- incredibly illogical, that way we only have to give them one space to put things, like a glorified shopping bag"), this bag is overall just a piece of garbage. The material is thin and cheap. The zipper on the lunch bag - which is way too small to begin with - broke on the first day of use. It still zips, but every singe day gets off track or opens while zipped (as in: the zipper splits open; not: it mysteriously unzips itself). Now, 2 months into use, the bag itself is splitting at its seams - in 2 places no less! it is literally falling apart after about 6 weeks of use.If you buy this, you are buying pictures of frozen characters on cheap crappy material. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.Thankfully, my 6-year-old is smart enough to notice a piece of trash when she sees it and is already excited for her new, more durable backpack to come in the mail from a company that is more interested in providing quality, rather than rushing complete dogsh!t out the door with character images on it.

If I could make this no stars I would. Price was not bad but I guess you get what you pay for. Would have thought it would have held up longer than two weeks (10 days). My daughter uses it for kindergarten and only carries it into class, then it hangs on a hook the whole day. At the end of the day it comes back out with her. It ripped on the third day. Not happy with it at all and will not be buying from these vendors again.

This backpack and lunchbox are amazing. My daughter loves the design. I can shorten the straps enough so that she can wear the backpack. It holds her folder, extra change of clothes, shoes and the lunchbox with room to spare. The lunchbox can attach to the outside of the backpack but I put in the backpack. The lunchbox is amazing. It holds her snack and lunch that I pack with no problem (snack: a small bottle of water, apple & carrot sticks / lunch: juice box, orange, celery sticks, grapes, craisins and roasted chicken). I keep a hard ice pack in the fridge throw it in the lunchbox to help keep the items cool.) Works great!!!

I would have rated this item 1 star but the design is just adorable. Unfortunately after using it for the first day of school the velcro pieces which hold the lunch box on to the backpack have almost completely ripped off of the backpack. I hope my sewing skills are up to this challenge...

Just as you would expect with a made in China backpack, the spot where the lunch bag "attaches" to the backpack tore right off (the very first day my daughter wore it to school). I kind of expected this, it's hard to get a good judge of quality on something like a backpack on the internet. I'll probably sew some new attachment points and actually reinforce them which clearly wasn't a priority in the sweatshop this was made in. But if you have a kid who loves Frozen, this is a cheap backpack that may last a school year if they're not rough on it. Just don't expect the velcro attached lunchbox to do much.

I purchased this from my five-year-old at the beginning of the school year last year. They lunchbox is still in good shape and has held up well. It keeps her food called and serves it's purpose. The book bag, however, has not held up so well. The zipper has already broke, and there are several tears on the inside of the book bag. My daughter is not very rough on her belongings, so I have to attribute the ripping to poor quality. For the amount of money that I spent on this book bag, I would expect it to at least last two school years. Very disappointed in the product!

pretty awesome for someone that likes Frozen. These are very sparkly. and full sized. the lunch box is full size. These did arrive with numerous THREADS dangling everywhere. I had to get out the lighter and seer them off at the exit holes, so there was no temptations to pull on them.Hopefully they dont fall apart at the seems. it was a disturbing amount of threads. 2ft+ long on 2 of them. I have to assume they were end seems but I saw no end stitch knots or seems coming apart.
