They earned the 5 stars back because I contacted their customer service. They were very professional and corrected the issue immediately at no cost to me. To me customer service is most important to make happy clients. Next, I do want to say that I installed the camera and it works perfect. Looks and feels to be a good quality product. I can only hope that it gives me years of service. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good value! *by C***G on Reviewed in the United States on July 8, 2018* Good color; matched the chrome of my Altima's trunk lid handle.Used an external monitor, where the Monitor’s power (Positive) is linked back to the camera via the Video Cable (there is a red cable on both end of the video cable) and the camera’s power (Positive) is connected (tapped) to the Reverse Light. The Ground (-) are connected to the chassis.Testing the camera for the optimal mounting location for coverage took the most time. I wanted to see part of the bumper to know how far I am really from the car behind me. I drilled a 2nd hole to locate the camera in the right place (had to move it further out.) I also shimmed the camera (back side) to make sure I only see a little bit of the car bumper (as-is will see a lot of bumper.) Agreed with many of the reviewer, the angle was off a bit.The picture looks fine during day and night. The guide lines are not necessarily to any scale.
