I had recently purchased another deli container (32oz) - but they did not hold 32oz of meat - I figured out after purchase. So based on reviews, I purchased these containers. I used them last night for meal prep. No problem holding 32oz of meats - could probably stuff a bit more into them because of the domed lid. They seem to be very sturdy, lids locked VERY well. I do not know if they are leak proof yet. I did put them in the freezer last night. I will have to update the "leak proof" status at thawing time.
