Of course the deadline to return/replace the item is 11 days past the Amazon return policy. I don't know what to do...the watch is nice, but it doesn't matter if it's broken. The piece inside that helps with winding completely broke off inside. And so, rattles around. Very annoying especially given the price of this watch.
