The stitching is quality and straight. Everything is attached and secures well.I am including a video so you can see the inside and out, as well as it's different pockets and storage capabilities.POCKETSThe shoulder strap is adjustable to size, but is NOT removable. It has a small hand strap to carry that way on the back.The outside sides of the bag have 2 pockets that are about cellphone size and secure shut via magnetic button snaps.The front outside of the bag has 2 very roomy pockets that are lined. They secure shut via button snaps.Lifting up the front flap on top of the bag is secured via zipper. Unzip that you get two wide open storage compartments the whole size of the bag. They are separated via padded divider. One of the divisions has an extra velcro secure strap to insure laptop will stay in place. Inside there is also an extra zipper pouch.I received this for review but it is something I appreciate and will use daily. I run a blog, and an Etsy Business. I am constantly running with my two small kids under 3. This is a quick easy way for my to transport my devices and even a few of their items as well. It is very well made and has a sophisticated look. I love the storage options. The leather touches are nice and the canvas is quite heavy, but not stiff. The insert for the laptop is padded and I'd feel comfortable taking this to the university. It has pockets everywhere (sides, front, inside) and many options to store pens, paper, cell phone, calculator, etc.It is very comfortable, and easy to wear. The one thing I'd change is I'd make the padded wider portion of the shoulder strap movable (it's riveted into place) but that's just my opinion and didn't degrade from the product.The snap closures are very tight and secure. The velcro strap that holds your computer in place is sturdy and long, and gives lots of fit options.I've gone through a lot of messenger bags, and this is a nice one for school.Sample was provided in exchange for this honest review. I really abuse items that are sent to me this way (I feel I owe it to you Amazon customers) and this bag met or exceeded all of my expectations. I can definitely recommend it. ### ⭐ misleading photos *by N***D on Reviewed in the United States on October 9, 2016* This is what I ordered, but the item I received looked nothing like the picture, nor did it match the description. The bag I received has no leather straps, no lining, and no laptop pocket. It has one big unlined pocket, and the seams were fraying. It was very light-weight and, while a laptop would fit, it certainly wouldn't be protected, not even from anything else you might want to carry in it. The bag I received was more like a $5 bag than a $30 bag.
