Solid Adapter
This adapter works exactly as intended for adapting EF lenses to an RF mount. I’m currently using it on a Canon R50, which is APS-C, but I’m adapting full-frame EF lenses with no issues. I’ve used it with the Sigma 40mm f/1.4 Art, Canon EF 85mm L, and the Canon EF 50mm. The crop factor is about 1.6 on the R50, as expected, but the adapter allows full functionality when mounting these lenses to the body. Autofocus, aperture control, and exposure all work properly. This is a great option if you already own EF lenses and want to use them on RF mirrorless bodies without upgrading everything at once. The adapter feels solid, mounts securely, and removes easily. It’s a good value, works reliably, and does exactly what it’s supposed to do. I recommend it. Good size, easy to use.

Worth its price
Appears to be well made, with quality materials. Works perfectly on my R3.

Half the price of the Canon version! Works great!
This is a great adapter to use your older lenses with the new RF system from Canon! I switched to the EOS R camera last year and love the new mirrorless cameras from Canon. I have so many EF mount lenses that I have collected over the years and didn't want to sell them and fully switch. This adapter allows me to use my older lenses on the EOS R mount system. I like this adapter for three reasons. It is works perfect with my EF mount lenses. I was worried my EF lenses wouldn't work as smoothly or quickly with the autofocus works amazing. It's like having a native RF mount lens on the camera. An example is, I can use my EF 24-70 MK2 2.8 L on my EOS R and it works perfectly. I tested it vs my Canon adapter and from what I could tell, it worked the same. Price & Availablity! It is half the price of the Canon adapter. There is a shortage of adapters lately. I'd say over the last 3 months it's hard to find the Canon RF to EF adapter, this one was in stock and is a great option. Build Quality. It feels solid and has a rubber gasket for protecting your lens and body from dust. It's slightly lighter and I'm always happy so shave off weight from my camera setup. I picked this up and keep it on my 35mm 1.8 lens. I love having it always adapted. It makes switching lenses so quick and easy. If you need an adapter for your EOS R, R5, Rp, or R6...This is a great option.

Compatible with Canon R100
Works well with Canon R100. Does add some weight to the overall camera, as to be expected.

Functions well
Fits my OM-3 snuggly and attaches to my EF 35-350. Autofocus works well but lens moves a bit once attached to the adapter. Despite some “clicky” back and forth movement it seems to function just fine.

Great for canon R8!
This works way better than my viltrox EF-R2 on the R8 body that would constantly hang up and give errors requring a battery pull. Not a lot of R8 specific info out there so adding it! Was able to use all my EF and EF-S lenses, as well as adapted manual lenses (adapters with or without focus chip). I had ONE lens give errors with an adapted m42 ring and a focus chip, but I'm pretty sure it was just that one chip, not the adapter.

R adapter
Unless you want to permanently fix this adapter to your “R” camera I don’t recommend it. It does not lock onto the camera and if you barely manually focus your lens will go crashing to the ground!! Unfortunately I was just now able to try it and am stuck with something I can’t use. Do yourself a favor and pay more for the specific camera brand you own.
