Instead, I measured the outer diameter of my protector with a digital caliper (2.00") and relied on the advice of some other reviewers to determine proper fit. I was glad I did. The instructions on the package advise to, "Simply press the bra on over the Bearing Buddy and you are all set". Not quite that easy, but they WILL fit with a bit of effort. I found that a heat gun or hair dryer helps soften the material while a single drop of dishwashing liquid smeared around the inner lip of the bra helped ease it over the bearing protector. I also used a toothpick, like a tire iron, to stretch-on the last bit of bra around the protector, and to provide an outlet to press out air trapped within the bra prior to toothpick removal.
