Great Fit
This was compatible with my Echo leaf blower part number as shown in the listing. Perfect fit and now my leaf blower is back in operation. Checked spark with my spark tester and I had over 3/8 inch long bright blue spark. Machine runs better than before.

Defective weak then disappearing spark
Replaced a dead ignition coil on my Mantis tiller with this item. This coil produced weak spark for a few seconds, then tiller would stall out. Replaced with another brand and tiller runs great. Low quality.

Echo PB-251 Ignition Coil
I would have given this coil a higher rating, but I had to file off some of the plastic housing between its two pole posts to get the correct gap set to the flywheel. With that single part modification made, the installation was successful and my old Leaf Blower now runs again.

Extremely Short Life
Didn’t make a whole month and it already died. Consider going a different way. Even it you get a replacement under warranty, the removal and installation is not quick and easy on the Echo PB-251 blower.

The coil never showed up so I canceled the order. It was a good price for the coil.

Bought 2. Both worked for a few weeks only before weak spark and no start.
This is an inferior product. I bought two and both only worked for a few weeks before giving a weak spark with hard starting and poor performance. The fit was great but it is obviously not designed for the long haul. Resulted in alot of wasted effort. If you know anything about the Echo PB265 blower you probably know that they have to be virtually disassembled to change the coil. Save yourself alot of headache and buy something else.

Buy OEM parts for your equipment
Installed the new coil and it only lasted 1 day and already stopped firing, going to buy the OEM version that I should have bought in the first place........tried to save a few bucks but ended up costing more in the long run....
