BlackBerry Slide-Out Hard Shell Case for BlackBerry PRIV - Retail Packaging - Green

I know, I know....I still have a Blackberry. Blackberry still makes phones I've frequently been asked. Well, if you have a Blackberry Priv get one of these cases to protect it. The case is easy to install, and remove if needed, and it does a great job of protecting my phone. I've dropped it a few times with the case on and suffered no damage to the phone, nor did the case come loose as a result. The case is contoured to fit the phone and makes the Priv feel a bit more substantial than without the case. I'd buy it again. It's well worth the price.

This case absolutely rocks. I was a little disappointed in the price point compared to the other colors but I wanted the military green and it is what it is. I drop my phone constantly from waist high - about 4 feet and the phone itself hasn't a scratch on it. Knock on wood that the next time I drop it it doesn't break. This case holds up awesome. Other reviews complain it doesn't protect the screen - has never been an issue with me and like I said I drop my phone constantly. Other reviews say the keyboard doesn't slide out as easily. When I first got the case the keyboard did slide a little slower, yes. I've had it for a few months and the case slides out much easier albeit not as great as without the case on, but phones are simply better without the case on. I keep the case on because I love my Blackberry Priv and will never go back to iPhone.

Not bad for the price, I read a few reviews here before buying that stated that the case was a little slippery, not a great grip and those reviews are TRUE so keep that in mind when buying, it still feels like I could drop the phone easily at any time but with the extra protection I'm not all that nervous. Sleek, whoever says it's bulky is exaggerating. Fits the phone like a glove really, the phone is pretty large anyways so of course with a case it will feel bulky but I have definitely seen bulkier. I think it's just fine but really I feel like if my phone takes a good fall, the case and the phone will both break. But I didn't expect much for protection, I just got it so my phone would be a little less vulnerable and this case makes the cut.

Great case, solid protection. it's tough to make a case that slides, but blackberry does a good job. Only probably I've run into is it needs time to loosen the slide feature up. The other thing you can consider is the phone looses it's grip carbon feel to it. Instead of being able to stay up either horizontally or vertically it can't do that with this case. Since there is really no other case for this phone, it'll have to do.

Perfect fit for my PRIV, and thanks to the criss-cross pattern on the back, it doesn't get all scratched like other hard cases. Slides easily without feeling stiff or gritty.

The best Blackberry Priv case I have purchased yet. The ones inside Verizon stores are very overpriced and are not that great. The lower section of the case actually has the slide grooves so the top section actually clips to the case, not to the front of the phone. This is great for protection and quality, it does however make the phone seem much wider looking.

Really cheap materials for the price of the case. The materials are not worth more than a couple of dollars. Hard plastic, the plastic is very flimsy on the front. There are then two small black rubbery pieces that are just pressed inside the hard plastic for the button inserts. There is small piece of rubber stuck to the inside of the front piece for cushioning I guess. 2 pieces of hard plastic + 3 pieces of rubbery plastic. Not sure it offers a lot of protection. Is a case that would be sub $10 without the blackberry brand. Maybe worth $20 with the brand. I do like the color though.

I ordered this case based upon the numerous reviews, including one who insisted this case was NOT Flimsy. Boy, is he or she wrong. The case is OK. It fits well and was easy to use. The tray slides open without any difficulty. BUT IT IS FLIMSY!!! The smaller top piece is very lightly attached and, rather than inspiring confidence, makes me more careful of how I handle the phone. I honestly do not dislike the case, but I would never purchase it again.

Passgenau, robust und kräftig im Design. Blackberry hat sowohl mit dem Priv als auch mit dieser Hülle alles richtig gemacht. Es liegt gut in der Hand und ist gut geschützt. Schränkt die Bedienbarkeit nicht ein bisschen ein. Klare Kaufempfehlung

Seen other reviews on here saying they don't fit exactly, and was worried after I had purchased about that... you know with it being a case and all. But once it arrived I tried it. At 1st yep the volume up key wouldn't work, so I took it apart (took my phone out of it) and pressed the keys on the case . Popped my phone back in and hey presto worked perfectly . Looks good and does its job, the only gripe I have is you loose the soft rubber feel from the priv itself but for protection I'll live with that
