🍊🍒 Zest Up Your Hydration Game! 🍒🍊
Pros: * Flavor Fusion: The Orange & Cherry combo is a total treat for the taste buds—refreshing without being sickly sweet! * Zero Guilt: 0 calories and sugar-free, making it a dream for keto fans or anyone watching their intake. * Mineral Magic: Packed with 5 key electrolytes plus a Vitamin C boost for that extra wellness kick. 🛡️ * Snap & Go: The tablets are easy to break, so you can customize the strength of your drink depending on your bottle size. * Vegan Friendly: Accessible for almost any diet or lifestyle. Cons: * Dissolve Time: Takes a minute or two to fully fizz out—patience is a virtue for the perfectly mixed drink! ⏳ * Aftertaste: Like most sugar-free options, there is a mild sweetener finish that some might notice more than others. ------------------------------ The Ultimate H2O Upgrade! 🚀✨ If you’re tired of plain old water feeling like a chore, these HIGH5 Zero tablets are about to become your new best friend! This isn't just a drink; it's like a tiny science experiment in your water bottle that ends in deliciousness. 🧪💥 The Orange & Cherry flavor is a standout. It hits that nostalgic "fruit punch" vibe but keeps it sophisticated and light. Because there’s no sugar, you don’t get that sticky, syrupy feeling in your mouth halfway through a session. Instead, it’s just crisp, clean hydration that actually makes you want to keep sipping. 🥤 Whether it’s a grueling workout or just a long day at the desk, the inclusion of Magnesium and Vitamin C is a massive win. It’s great to know you’re ticking off those mineral requirements while staying hydrated. The tube is super portable too—perfect for tossing into a gym bag, a car glove box, or a desk drawer for those "emergency" hydration moments. 🏃♂️💨 The "Easy-break" feature is a subtle hero here. If you’re using a smaller 500ml bottle, you can snap a tab in half to keep the flavor from being too intense, making one pack last even longer. It’s a smart, cost-effective way to keep the energy high and the cramps at bay! 🌟 Final Verdict: A fizzy, flavorful, and functional way to level up your daily water intake. Your bottle will thank you! 🌈🙌

Simple, Effective and Refreshing
Long distance runners are at higher risk of hyponatraemia (electrolyte imbalance) than of de-hydration and this can cause nausea, vomiting and even be fatal. There are apparently no reported cases of people dying from de-hydration in any world marathon or Ironman event, but a significant number have died of hyponatraemia. The cause is normally that people drink too much water and so dilute their concentration of electrolytes. When exercising it is important not to drink too much water and to try and maintain the body's electrolyte balance. High5 Zero come in tubes of twenty tablets and each tablet will when mixed with water make 0.5 to 0.75 litres of electrolyte solution. The tablets are quite hard and maintain their shape and consistency even when the tube is dropped. They are scored down the centre to make them easy to snap in half, this make it possible to drop them into a bottle with only a think neck. One of the best features of these tablets is their taste. They are really refreshing and not sweet or sticky like some others. The orange and the berry flavours are my favourite of the four flavours. They taste good at room temperature and even in the sauna (but doesn't any drink taste good in a sauna?) The tube is robust and easy to carry. This makes them easy to take on holiday or to go hiking with. I did used to suffer periodically with cramp when I was running which is what prompted me to try them. I don't suffer with cramp anymore and I don't think that this is simply a coincidence. The tablets may seem a little expensive but in fact when you consider that a single tube will make 10-15 litres of delicious tasting electrolyte solution the cost seems far more reasonable. My only reservation is than an average person will sweat at the rate of around 1 litre per hour during extended exercise at average temperature and that sweat will contain something like 900mg of sodium. Each High5 tablet contains 260mg of sodium, 75mg of Potassium, 60mg of Magnesium and 9mg of Calcium, and so a single tablet in 0.5l of water could still result in sodium levels becoming depleted during longer races. For such long races you would probably need two tablets per 0.5l to mitigate this more fully. I will still give these tablets a considered five stars for their taste, efficacy and ease of use. It's no drama to put an extra tablet in the bottle for longer periods of running.

Great but orange cherry not good
In general, these are my go to electrolytes. Have tried a few flavours: lime, berry, tropical and strawberry kiwi are all reasonably nice tasting. Orange cherry is awful - not sure what it tastes like, but it is not either fruit. Just to help if you're choosing flavours.
