We LOVE this product. For those who had bad reviews, I admit the directions are sketchy. But, once you figure out how to load the plastic wrap and foil, you will be ever sooooo pleased with it. We fumbled a few times and almost gave up on it. However, loading is really, really simple and we didn't do it right in the beginning. The plastic and foil only go through ONE slot each. You place wrap in its cradle and pull through one slot each and close it up. That's all you need to do and it works like a charm. You may have trial and error until you get it right but it is well worth it. My only dissapointment is you have to use the smaller rolls of product. It does not support big or large plastric or foil rolls. So, I'll have to buy the smaller ones - really not a big deal in my house. Highly, highly recommend, but there is a learning curve - no doubt.

After searching for something for months i finally found this and ordered it. I got it because of all the options it had, its pricey but I like it... my only complaint is that the sandwich bag compartment does not work with individual bags... you have to find bags that are on a roll to use that compartment. If the maker would include that information and let you know where you can find such a product that would help... I've been looking for months now for bags that are in a roll with no luck... so that compartment remains empty :-(

After reading the reviews , i was cauntious to purchase this but as I have renovated my kitchen so I was looking for my foil paper and Glad Poly roll to organize well and easy to reachable for each family member . I am glad I took chance to try this. Easy to install and can fit easily costco foil paper roll as well. I placed it on my Fridge side because I dont want to do too much drilling in my new kitchen. I am very satisfied with this product. I agree , this is a bit overpriced but solved my purpose so i am not that much worried for this.

I have had one for years! Very handy, it broke and I was very happy to be able to buy a new one!! I wish there were more colors.

If it wouldn't be so much trouble, I'd remove this thing from my wall and return it for a refund. It's very flimsy, and very difficult to manage all the rolls (trying to keep them in place while you put the cover back on is next to impossible without two sets of hands), and the spot for the paper towels is indeed just a touch too small for American size paper towel rolls, unless you buy the super cheap ones. The plastic that it's made of is too thin and seems fragile to me. I really really really wanted to love this thing! I think the concept is great, but the design fell far short. I'd like to see either this company make an improved version, or another company make a better one. It's certainly not worth the $30 or so that I paid for it.

Kind of cheap. Concept is good, but needed some reworking. The paper towel holder comes off constantly and you have to use the cheap small rolls. Taped the ends with mailing tape to keep it from comming off. The wax paper and foil compartments work well. Difficult to hang.

I don't know what the others are talking about? This thing is GREAT!!!! It does have all the features that the pictures shows: tape dispenser, towel holder, saran wrap holder, tin foil holder, paper clip cubby, and baggie spot. It works PERFECT !!!!
