Perfect Replacement
I've had my helmet for a pretty significant amount of time (no crashes) and the inner padding was beginning to wear. I currently use the helmet inside of my Polaris RZR with a fully built cage otherwise I would likely replace the helmet due to age/technology advancements. This pad was a direct replacement and was very easy to install into the helmet. I'm very happy with the quality.

Gave the helmet new life.
A little pricey, but keeps an old helmet in service. If you think you'll need one, get it now. Shoei told me they will no longer produce these.
