Outstanding
Purchased for a picatinny rail mounted dot. The dot range of adjustment was limited and it was impossible to zero. Installed this small shim and the red dot was perfectly aligned and easily zeroed. Several hundred rounds later, the red dot is still at zero. Small part, large reward. Would buy again.

Expensive for plastic rectangle but definitely worked
I was mega surprised this worked. Not cheap for a cheap piece of plastic, but allowed me to use my Beretta 92X RDO perfectly inside 10 yeards—where I’d need it. Without the 1 MOA adjustment down, it was automatically signed in for 15+ yards with the Beretta plate installed. I was so frustrated that Beretta had no answers I almost sold the whole thing. Now it’s back again as one of my favorite weapons—just like in the service but so much better with a red dot sighted in for CQB so I don’t need to remember to adjust my aim at close range.

Solved my problem but had to work for it.
I used this for an install on my CZ75 compact. The holes did not line up and if I forced it to go on, it would buckle in the center. Got a new 1/8" drill bit and carefully drilled out the two front holes to be an oval shape to have the shim lay flat. Must be careful for the plastic is very thin. After that, I had to replace the screws to hold the red dot on to the mounting plate. The original screws only gripped 1-1/2 turns. (NO GOOD). Also the 4 gripping posts on each corner were no longer in effect do to the shim, so to be safe I also used a two sided contact tape to take care of the 4 posts that no longer did any good. It was quite an afternoon custom fitting my CZ with the red dot. It looks great and should take care of the problem.

As advertised
Does what it is supposed to do. A little flimsier than I expected but being that it is sandwiched between the red dot and baseplate, that doesn’t seem to be an issue. I haven’t taken it to the range yet, but by boresight, it appears to have allowed me to lower my POA to where it needs to be. I will give an update after my next range visit.

Does not fit Burris FF3 without modification
As others have said, holes do no align for the Burris FF3. Had to carefully cut holes to make it work. Also disappointed to see made in China.

Does not fit.
I was reluctant to spend 11.99 on a tiny piece of plastic in the first place. I thought about making my own shim to serve the same purpose, but I splurged because I didn't want to mess with it and I wanted it to be just right. The hole spacing was off by almost half of the width of the alignment pins. I reamed out the holes to make it fit, but for the price, I shouldn't have had to do anything.

Had to do a slight modification for Vortex Venom
Only two of the four holes line up perfectly for the Vortex Venom. Thankfully I have a precision shim punch to easily egg shape two holes. After that it worked as expected. It’s plastic so if you had to modify it I’m sure a small drill bit would work easily too.
