Not what it says it is
Although it says Sweet Potato Starch prominently on package, it is TAPIOCA Starch-look at bottom corner. I am looking for REAL sweet potato starch for a specific recipe. Very disappointed that I didn't catch it before I purchased and used a partial bag to make a specific flour blend.

Perfect! See great recipe source in comments
Great packaging and leaves no flavor as it is used for marinading chicken to tenderize and lock in juices when frying, and super crispy on the second flash high temp frying. Check out Orange Chicken recipe on Youtube by Souped Up. Never soggy chicken by double frying.

Ingredients say tapioca starch not sweet potato starch
Buyer beware the product says sweet potato starch but the ingredients say tapioca starch which is definitely not the same thing.

Truth in advertising
Although it’s called sweet potato starch it’s actually tapioca starch. I asked the seller why the ingredients aren’t the same as the product name. They said sweet potato starch is made from tapioca starch and they are interchangeable. They may be interchangeable but they are not the same thing. My research says sweet potato starch is made from sweet potatoes.
