Lenox 5-Piece Place Setting Opal Innocence, White

Needed to replace two pieces in a place setting, and it was more convenient (and oddly, less costly) to buy the entire place setting, than search for the pieces that needed to be replaced. It’s a timeless pattern, though I admit it’s a wee opulent & dressy for everyday use. YOL, yes? ☺️

I needed these Lenox place settings for my daughter-in-law to be's Bridal Shower. She had been registered at Macy's for them but I looked on here 1st. I ordered 2 place settings and saved a bundle! Not only was the order sent promptly but it arrived in PERFECT condition and in the Official Lenox boxes. I plan on ordering more of the same place settings for my son and his soon-to-be wife for Christmas!

I purchased the Lenox Opal Innocence 5 piece place setting as a wedding gift for my daughter. It arrived quickly with all pieces arriving in beautiful condition. I couldn't believe my luck when I found her place setting on Amazon for $50.00 cheaper than the department store where she registered and I got free shipping on top of that!! (If you don't know, when you purchase a place setting at the department store you have to pay shipping- $22.00- they don't stock the china.) I ended up saving over $70.00!

Great way to add to formal dinnerware set.

The product arrived poorly wrapped and damaged, but the seller replaced the broken items very quickly and to our satisfaction.

The box was all broken when we open it up of course the dinner plate was broken. UGH!!!

This is an addition to a set given by others as a wedding present; the recipients are such fans, we keep adding more to the set. Great quality, and a classic yet ornate look.

My wife and I began collecting place settings of Opal Innocence after our wedding in 2013. Its timeless design and Lenox being a Made in USA brand drew us in. I decided to purchase the last 2 sets to complete collection earlier this year. All the sets bought prior to 2022 have "American By Design" and US made on the boxes and china; when they are new there are paper stickers that need to be removed from the pieces which all come off easily and cleanly. However with the new china purchased in 2022, "American By Design" is no longer printed on either the china or the box, the paper stickers are impossible to remove without an adhesive remover, and the only clue to the china's manufacturing location is on the aforementioned stickers - "Made in Indonesia". Before, Lenox was proudly proclaiming that their products were US made. Now, they are quietly hiding the fact that they are made overseas - I presume to bring the cost down. From a quality standpoint we don't really notice a difference at first glance - finish, design/pattern, weight etc. seem identical. However if you were buying Lenox because it was an American made brand before - that is not to be the case anymore. I don't think we'd be disappointed if they hadn't been flaunting their "American Made" status in the past, then quietly pulling that branding with the offshoring of their manufacturing. It's like watching a dog tuck its tail between its legs because it's ashamed of something it did.
