Lizard Skins Bat Grip

Great taper for a bat. Take the old grip off. Put on taper. Put a new grip over it. Really easy and works perfect. I had to trim just a little bit off with a razor because it was a little loose on the bat when wrapped all the way around but it worked out perfect

I got this because lizard skin advertises it great for wood bats, its not the bevel at the knob end of a bat is not ideal for this wrap. i tried several methods and finally just wrap it from the middle of the bat down. any way for a metal bat wow. you will have a perfect grip that absorbs shock better than your grandmas panties. i got the 1.8 mm to add some girth for my arthritis, maybe for a wood bat the thinner stuff would conform better. if you have a metal bat you should buy this. UPDATE. I emailed lizard skin to ask if there was a special way to wrap a wooden bat, Lizard skin emailed me back promptly wanting my address to ship my another wrap. I was amazed asides from giving me advise and tips they wanted to send me another one. I suggested the 1.1 mm maybe easier for wrapping wood bats with a large knob bevel. any way I am very happy with lizard skin and will defiantly be a return customer.

Grew up playing baseball since I was 4. I love the grip of bats..naturally, I had to tape up my work bat. All political bs aside, I have a job to do and this grip is the best! Feels good. Great quality. Easy to install. Boom! :)

Very nice grip. Comfortable, tacky but not too sticky. Nice color, not too bright. Only complaint is that it didn't stick to the rubber sleeve at the bottom of the Marucci bat (which was under the old grip), so had to slice off the sleeve and apply grip right to the aluminum. Worked fine.

The stock grip on my softball bat was kind of cheap and thin. I wear grippy batting gloves and i ended up shifting the entire bat grip around and had spots of just aluminum. I replaced the stock grip with this lizard skin and it works great. Its not too thick, and it has good grip on it’s own without wearing batting gloves. Easy to wrap on my bat, and has yet to shift after a half season of use

fits pretty good, I always tape mine down with vinyl tape to close the gap (similar to The Goods factory flare) I have the large and standard, and large is like a 271 knob (kind of a no knob flare like warstic uses) and standard one is similar to what comes on the stinger nuke/The Goods. My son prefers the standard and I install them on all his bats. Won't work on Warstic bats since the flared knob is one solid piece. And I should repeat that people who are trying to install it over existing grip aren't following directions!

No issue witht the product, my son is perfectly happy. easy to install, bright color. BuT 48$ for shipping for a 25$ grip that doesn't not even weight a pound... come on! This is a first, this is on me, as a Prime member I forgot to double check my son's order, but still 48$
