It's good for the money but I purchased for my daughters pageant gown and I still love my upright full size much better, however, this served the purpose for the quick fix I needed to replace my larger one that broke.

I hate ironing and was really excited to get this. I, like you, read the reviews. I used it for the first time a few weeks ago, and it seemed to work fine. It heated up fast and I was able to steam two shirts before I had to refill it (about 10 minutes). It did spit a little bit of water onto the clothes, but it wasn't too much and I thought maybe I had over-filled it. This was the only time I had needed it until today.We are taking Christmas pictures in a few hours and I decided to use it again on our clothes, since it was good the first time around. I decided I was going to review this today and used my timer on my phone to see how long it took to warm up, etc. I plugged it in and Within 52 seconds, it was ready to use. (It does make a loud, rapid boiling sound, like a coffee maker. This happened the first time, too.) I lifted it off the counter to begin and water was spewing everywhere!! I burned my hand (not to the degree of a blister, but it still hurt 20 minutes after the fact!! As you can see from the first 3 pictures, it was a lot of water! (1st picture you can see it coming out of machine, 2nd picture-look t the base of the steamer!, 3rd-i used a paper towel to soak up some of the water. That's not a shadow, that is water!) After about 2 minutes of spitting, I thought the water had stopped spitting enough to use it on the shirt, but I was wrong. The shirt and my floor are both really wet! (And water on hardwood floors is not good-see 4th picture! It is hard to see all of the water spots on the picture of the shirt, but trust me when I tell you, it was A LOT!!) Also, the steamer did not have enough water in it to finish his shirt. From the time I plugged it in to the time it finished, 5 1/2 minutes had passed. I am truly disappointed and will return this item.

Perfect size as I travel a lot. Very handy and easy to use ... Takes a few refills if I have a lot of things to do but I don't mind at all because it fits nicely in my suitcase.

I bought this because I am not a fan of using the iron. I usually just through my clothes in the dryer to get the wrinkles out but then I heard of the steamer so I decided to try it out. It didn't work as well as I thought it would and I ended up through my clothes back in the dryer to get the wrinkles out. It worked slightly but not as much as I've seen other brands work before.

This will never replace an iron but is good for non-ironable clothes like suits and delicates. Don't fill it to the "MAX" line, it spits worse than a red neck trucker!

Works great for t-shirt but the capacity for water is too small that I have to put more water every 2 t-shirts.

Pros: heats up quickly and it does work.Cons: spouts a lot of random water sometimes which may burn you or get the clothes soaked. The container is too small. You need to refill for every two shirts. Its growing mold inside and I can't clean I out. I would look for something else.
