I received this item quickly. It had a manufactured piece that was damaged. Instead of going through Amazon, I was directed to go through Healthline. They sent me a completely new folding commode that I received within 2 days. Amazing customer service..that understands that..if you are buying these products, it is because of a health need.The folding commode is very sturdy, and mostly 1 piece, with the frame being together. I adjusted all the legs before setting up. Easy set up where everything snaps into place..like the leg portions (click into holes). The back frame is the same way. Sturdy, but light. Even the big box was light enough to pick up and move. My husband will be able to leave the confines of our home because of this folding commode. It is higher than the standard toilets, and is easy to sit down and get up from with the arms. Great value for the price. We have other bedside commodes that are not portable, and they cost just as much.

This is a very good product. It's so easy to assemble and very sturdy.I would recommend this product to all family and friends.

Easy to assemble in mere minutes, even though it came without instructions. Not extremely sturdy if you have a shaky posture, but I think that's standard. Push reeeally hard to snap the seat and lid on. All the pieces in the picture came with it .. including the funnel for over the toilet use. Also the lid and the pail.(the pail had a small chip broken out of it?) Ordering 2-4 gallon size trash bags to fit this. (400 bags for 20.00). I would recommend this product if someone asked me. Almost forgot, there are 7 different height options for this.

Actually using for camping. Older person can camp in seclusion without worry of falling.

I bought this for use after hip replacement surgery. My physical therapy assistant was here the day it arrived, and because of my surgery I couldn’t bend over to assemble it. She took out all the pieces, put it together and discovered there were missing pieces...the bar in the back for stability, and the toilet seat!!!!! Needless to say, it was unusable. I contacted Amazon, to find out it can’t be returned due to the type of product (even though it was NOT used). Amazon refunded my money. Great, now what....I NEED this item ASAP!!! I searched social media and found a similar one being sold right in my area, in perfect condition....YAY!!!The reason for the Easy To Assemble and Easy To Clean being 4 stars....I gave it this due to the fact that is was easy to assemble despite the missing pieces, and this type of item is easy to clean. Sturdiness is rated as such due to the fact that it was unusable due to the missing bar for the back of it, and it’s a bit different than the one I did get.
