HOT SHOT Flying Insect Killer is the most amazing product I have ever bought. Buy some today! I am 74, disabled, can't walk, and live alone in an RV. Flies and insects drive me crazy. I have a plastic flyswatter, but they always hear or sense me coming. I have been fighting a losing battle with a fly and a wasp for weeks. I have fallen several times by risking getting up out of my chair to try to smack the ********. I apologize to GOD for all the horrible words that have come out of my mouth. After a year of living in an RV fighting insects, I decided to check good old Amazon. I rejected electronic zappers and flyswatters the size of tennis racquets on Steroids. I finally settled on a can of Hot Shot Flying Insect Killer. Prime got it to be overnight. And what happened next is nothing short of a miracle. I opened the bag, put the can on the floor next to my table where I sit, and I have never seen another insect. SERIOUSLY! All I can figure is the insects must see the can and know it means instant death, so they go off to drive another RVer crazy. I don't even know if the sprayer works. I don't know what it smells like. My photo is of the can right where I put it when Amazon delivered.

I have a stubborn population of cluster flies near my home. In situations where squashing them isn’t convenient or possible, I spray this at them and they spaz out and die within a few minutes. That said, it smells really bad and definitely isn’t something you want to be inhaling regularly. The “clean fresh scent” is a photorealistic gas station bathroom odor: cleaning fluid, garbage & synthetic flowers. It’s important to know that this product is not a repellant, it’s only a poison to the flies. I also remain skeptical that it continues killing any new infiltrators after it’s been sprayed, even though the scent lingers days. I’ve so far only seen it the flies dead when I spray it right at them. I also have stink bugs in my home and unfortunately those guys seem completely unbothered by this stuff.

For the price this is a good one. The can feels pretty heavy and the spray actually kills the bugs on contact and blows em away. It even killed a fly so small i didn’t notice I got it until I found a tiny little dead one. It’s good but it smells so bad. It’s poison so what do you expect? It definitely does kill fly pests on contact the can is easy to use. Very good tool. I recommend hot shot to every single home owner.

I've purchased numerous products that cost ten times more, but nothing comes close to the effectiveness and value of this particular can. When sprayed, it instantly eliminates flies. However, it's important to note that after a few hours, more flies may reappear, requiring another application. The scent is reminiscent of raid spray.

It really does not kill the mosquitos. will not buy this brand again.

I bought this to take care of cluster flies that have been accumulating in my backyard under my patio cover. It works immediately. It actually also has a pleasant smell and the mist is wide, so it covers a lot of area. Of course more flies. Returned the next day, but there is really no way to stop that. Another quick spray around the entire patio area and the problem was once again resolved. Absolutely well worth the price.

I get this product at HEB and Walmart, and it works great. It will kill fruit flies and other flying insects when you apply it properly. I usually use bombs to kill stuff in a house or enclosed area, but this spray works for in between applications where you just have a few little vermits still alive and flying in your face. And, unless you are really allergic to it, you can spray it big time in the room area and not have to leave. I've done this many times. My wife does not like it, but it does get rid of most of the flying insects in the house. It is like an in between remedy of doing a complete bomb of the house. It also works as a follow up of the bomb.
