I had shoulder replacement in June and had completed my PT. I wasn't happy with the range of motion I got after PT and the ortho doctor recommended I use one of these. I love this product. It hangs nicely over the door and it really helps with getting my arm up and out. I would recommend this product to anyone who needs to improve the range of motion in their arms.

Very easy to use, and put up. After having rotator cuff surgery helps with loosening up your shoulders, and prepare for more in-depth therapy. Great little piece of equipment for the price. This set comes with a little book that gives you ideas on how to use it as well.

This product was used for increasing range of motion for my shoulder after healing for a torn rotator cuff. It was very easy to use. I am happy with the results. I highly recommend it for at home use to continue therapy when needed.

After recently having surgery for a severe rotary cuff tear, I was unable to drive to regular physical therapy sessions. I was ok'ed for 6 sessions at home and as part of the therapy, my therapist suggested this. It has been very beneficial, and when I was able to go to out-of-the-house therapy, they had a device identical to this one. Helps with range-of-motion and helps keep shoulder loose. Simple, but highly effective.

I've had multiple issues with both shoulders and have been to PT for each. I found that the pulleys were one of the most effective tools in helping to regain and maintain my range of motion. It's nice to have the booklet to remind one of the different exercises available.

I had to roll one handle a few times and having the rope in between my fingers does not feel good. I need to rig a better system. Other than that, the pulley seems solidly constructed.

After having shoulder bone spurs removed, this item has become very useful in my range of motion exercise routine. The exercise pamphlet, even though an ad for buying more of their products, has also become useful for my therapy.. Only advice is that it is so easy to use, that it is also easy to overdue. Suggestion would be to take the booklet to a doctor or therapist and get them to give you repetitions for your particular problem. Ice afterwards is necessary for me.
