During the lockdown I was struggling to buy flour. This product has been very good quality although you need to cut the top to open it and it can be difficult to keep it sealed. I am using a scoop to decant it around 1-2kg at a time into a smaller jar for every day use!

Good flour. I buy these from Costco 1.5kg bags x 6. I add 4g to 5g of baking for every 100g of flour. Cakes biscuits pancakes turn our nice. Wasn't as nice as organic flour however it's far cheaper so no complaints.

This arrived 5 days early, very greatful! This flour cooks great too. I've made excellent bread and cakes. I'd buy it again.

For me this bag is a bit big, and the steamed buns are not white, the texture is a bit sticky, and I think there is no difference between the small package of flour bought in the supermarket, but this is more expensive, will not repurchase.
