So, that being said, the only good thing about this bench is that I received it before originally stated. ;DThis bench is not as good as the seller is stating in the Q&A; especially for the price we have to pay. Do not believe anything the seller is saying, unless they mention the instructions are only in Chinese; that they are telling the truth about. I do understand the seller is selling a product and trying to make money.The pad on the bench will wear out quickly. There are two knobs that get in the way of your leg while trying to workout. I agree with a previous purchaser who stated (in Q&A) to change the knobs out. This bench is not for tall people, and I'm only 5'4" and it's almost too small for me. When I do leg curls or leg extensions, the bar does not go down with ease (maybe someone can tell me how I can adjust it, because I have not figured it out and don't see a way to). You can only use small weight plates because the weight bar is very close to the floor. I agree with the purchaser who said (in Q&A) he put his bench on 2 2x4s, to give it height. But why should we even have to do that after spending so much money for this bench.I can go on for days about the issues with this bench but I'll stop here. As a result of the high demand for exercise equipment during the pandemic, this is the only bench I could find.I ordered the bench on July 9 and was advised it would not arrive until October. The good news is that it came much earlier; it actually took about 6 weeks from order to deliver. Not bad for a large package from China.Assembly. If you're not mechanically inclined it's going to be a problem; if you are, like me, it's not a problem. There are a couple things I suggest. 1) For the four bolts that hold the two-piece frame together, use a thread-locker (Loctite). 2) Replace the knob that holds the leg extension attachment with either a bolt or a pin, as the knob is so big it will hit your leg. Also for assembly — please note the instructions are in Chinese, not one word of English.First thing I noticed was even though I asked if the leg extension attachment was removable before I purchased, they didn't mention that a bolt would have to be removed to do so. Not a big deal, but if you plan on regularly removing the attachment, replace it with a clevis pin.Then when I first tried to actually use the leg extension attachment I realized it was designed for short people (I am not that tall, 6'); to be able to get my foot under the attachment I needed to place (2) 2x4s under the leg at that end of the bench. Also not a big deal.Quality. The finishes are nice, and the fit is OK. The bolt/bushing arrangement that allows the leg extension/leg curl to pivot is sloppy, it's just not a tight fit; so when you use it to exercise it skews off to the side.Design. 1) Made for short people, 2) It is narrow, including the legs, so it is not very stable side-to-side. 3) It is very lightweight, just the opposite of what you expect from a piece of workout equipment.OVERALL: During this lockdown I need something to do leg extensions and leg curls. This is lightweight, poorly designed, and overpriced, but it does allow me to do the exercises. However, what you get when you purchase the item is a totally different sad story.This is my complaint: You'll never get all of the items listed on that silly pamphlet, that being said guess what?... Exactly! It's not gonna do anything for you. So you're not only missing parts, you're also going to see yourself building a puzzle guessing where the items belong to as you try to put it together. The "instructions" are printed in Chinese, so unless you speak the language you'll be good, otherwise good luck. Didn't do anything for me.I wanted to love this item, looked so good from that promo video on here, but I didn't even bother try to put it together once I noticed all of the missing parts. One last thing: The item looks way smaller than advertised. So unless you're 5:5" on height, this is perfect for you, if you're taller than that...., Uhmmm NOPE! This ISN'T FOR YOU.
