The vitamins have improved my dry eyes.

Good quality, taste isn’t to bad, smell a little fishy, easy to swallow, and definitely recommend for dry eyes.

This is a fine item for most of the people and helps with eye dryness. But it does come with possible side effect of Diarrhea due to the high Omega 3s it contains. May affect you might not. If you all of sudden start having bathroom issues this could be your culprit.

My contacts were not lasting all day before becoming itchy. I found these supplements and thought I would give them a try. After a week I already feel more comfortable in my contacts for longer. I am amazed these work so well.

I've been taking 2 mornings and 2 evenings for a few months. My dry eyes are better. I was having trouble all day long. Now I might have stinging 1 or maybe 2 two times a day. Sometimes not at all. I've also found that getting good sleep or being rested helps.
