A number of the ingredients contained here, such as Ginseng, B12, Zinc and Maca root have been linked to increased T-production in animal trials - although the science behind this is not exactly definitive - and are also reputed to improve things such as blood circulation, libido, and nerve health, and you'll actually see a lot of these ingredients contained in sports supplements that claim to boost your energy levels or help you get ripped (always sold at an expensive premium). Having been taking them for a little while now I have to admit that there has been a positive response with my physical and metal well being. I do feel more relaxed and energetic, confident even - although of course this testament is purely anecdotal, so I would suggest that is at least some positive benefit to be gained from taking it.
