Great harsh environment laptop, and a great reseller.
In our business we need laptops that will perform in a harsh shop environment. I’ve deployed several of these laptops in my shops and they deliver. They won’t win any awards as gaming pc’s but for what we need them to do, the platform is unbeatable. Keep in mind that they are refurbished, and there is no disguising that they have been used, but the reseller does a thorough job. The OS is updated, there is no bloatware to deal with and everything from the previous user is gone. I have hit a snag or two, but the seller is extraordinary when it comes to standing behind the product. No hassle exchange or refund! Highly recommended!

Has been refurbished very well, I recommend this seller and his shipping was quick.

Dirty, not working properly weird
This computer came without the bag. Had dust in all ports, and was overall dirty. Had 8g of ram. Touch screen did not work. And to put the cherry on top, had to pay to have it shipped back.🤬. Just damn sad that I didn't think to make a video to truly validate this experience. But I've never ever been this disappointed with a buy. Anyway, buyer beware.

Everything checks out. 1TB ssd, amazon basics laptop bag, pretty cool. If I had something to complain about it'd be that one of them was a little sticky but I ran them over with a wipe anyway
