You should just purchase a sit stand desk which will automatically adjust the height of your screens when you’re either sitting or standing. There’s no mounts that allows you to change the height of it constantly throughout the day. My only issue was the mount option for curved screens. Either length of the cylinders or screws don’t allow the mount to be flush with the monitor. The design doesn’t allow you to drive the screw in too far and instructions are explicit about not over-tightening. I was worried the curved screen option would put most of the weight on the exposed screws. I opted to do the flat screen option for more stability and peace of mind, honestly. Flat screen option doesn’t seem right either but much more stable without the cylinders.
