Great for my kids 7 and 10 y.o.!

Kids love this book! They are using it to get ready for adopting two rats.It is so informative, sweet and written in a language kids can easily understand.

Cute and informative

This is really cute! I recently got some fish and rats, and this book is for younger readers than "Let's Take Care of Our New Fish". A sharp3-yr old should be able to understand it. My nephews will get a kick out of learning about my new pets.

This is a good book, especially for younger kids, but if you are seriously considering adopting a rat, read other books too. It is good for helping kids learn about rats but you will need more information on taking care of your new family members!
