Raypak 406,000 BTU Digital Electronic Ignition Natural Gas Pool Heater

A great buy that totaled under $3700! I had serious reservations about buying this through Amazon or any online seller due to bad reviews on shipping damage. This was not the case for me. It was delivered beautifully, box looked new and was anchored very securely to a nice wooden pallet. The driver used a power pallet jack to take it down my side hill to my backyard—> a little 💵 helped. As for the heater…it’s working now that I fixed the wiring my hired contractor did 🙄. I felt bad having to hire someone to install this heater knowing exactly how to do it, but because of the awkward location, weight of units (old and new) and difficulty maneuvering a hilly river rock terrain, I thought hiring someone with more help would be a smarter option….and overall was, but still?? So far, the heater is working great! Overall, I’m happy with the results of this purchase. I’d recommend this purchase to anyone looking.

this item does not work. we called a service person but they cannot get out to look at it for 3 weeks. That will not work. I contacted amazon about how I can return this item. It's very big so I have no idea how to return it. I am very unsatisfied with this product.

This arrived earlier than expected and works great. I am very happy with the vendor, the communication, and the product.

Not well made. Highly prone to rusting. Had one for four years and trashed it bcz it all rusted out.

There was an issue with the shipping company that delivered our new Raypak heater. They managed to seriously damage the unit en route to our home in NJ. After reaching out to Amy at Aabaco she immediately got on the case. She hunted down a replacement heater and had it shipped out the next day. During the entire process Amy kept us informed. She is the ultimate professional and we are impressed with her and the company. 5 stars to you! Thank you very much. We have heat and are enjoying our pool.

Large online purchase, but dont sweat if you know you want this modle as it was cheaper on Amazon than any retail store I checked. Came Well packaged, no issues with delivery, good installation instructions, easy to install, very well made. Purchased to replace a Raypak that was 17 years old and finally rusted out. Operates as promissed. Good product and highly recommend over other less proven manufactures.

Should never purchased this heater does not work. We replaced the drain plug now something else is wrong. The heater is only 4 months old. My husband put it in because we had a license guy put the last one in and he put it on dirt and in Florida the ground is damp so moisture gets in and rust. He put it on a concrete slab so it won't get moisture. But we were told because he installed it we voided the warranty. Will never purchased a Raypak pool heater again it was $4000 we throw away on this
