what size salt packets does this one take?

It depends on what concentration you want. If you want an isotonic solution, then you would two regular salt packets and if you wanted a hypertonic solution, you would use four regular packets or two packets of the hypertonic kind of salt.

How many times can the bottle be used before it should be replaced?

I find that the drying racks they sell help maintain cleanliness, by allowing full drainage. I use the freestanding one that has a sachet storage compartment. I place the rack & bottle in the sun from time to time.

Can I use bidistilled (double distilled) water with this?. I can´t find distilled water locally

Yes, you can. As you pointed out, bidistilled water is distilled water. It has just been distilled twice to be extra pure.

Do you still have to change it after 3 months like the small one?

I change every 1-2 years. Clean occasionally with peroxide
