This is absolutely fantastic. I suffer with chronic back pain and nerve damage in my lower spine and this has helped me massively. I've literally bought hundreds of devices and pain relief tools and nothing has really done anything. I've tried a few positions on this, flat on back, lower back & buttocks, calfs, hips and standing. All of them have given me hours of increased mobility and some pain relief. The hip and standing one has been especially helpful. It is pretty uncomfortable for around 4 minutes but after that it's strangely relaxing and pleasant. It's genuinely worth every penny and I totally recommend it to anyone suffering with back pain, hip pain, nerve issues or aches and pains.

I bought this because I didn't want to spend as much as the famous brand of acupressure mat. I'm impressed. I have some sort of recurring soreness in my mid-back, beneath the shoulder blade, and I felt that if I could relax enough, and if the fascia could be stimulated, it might help. I have used this mat about 6 times, and even after the first try I felt it helped. The first minute of using it was sore, but after that I was actually able to fall asleep. I would say I fall asleep every time I've used it so it must be good for relaxation. NOTE: I felt the pillow was too high and firm for me...but this will be different for everyone. They have been smart enough to put a zipper in the pillow so you can replace the padding. I just took the foam out and replaced with blanket so that the pillow was the right height for me.

Why did you choose this product over others?: Great price and good color choices. Functionality: This was much needed. Helps with lower back pain and any tension in the back and shoulder area. I like that there’s also a small pillow to use for the neck/head area. Very pleased with this product.

Still unsure of the benefits of this. Have used it a few times as I have been getting increasing issues with my back. I find it helps while laying on it, but there are no lasting effects. The pillow is also quite sore if you have short hair. So I don’t use that. Think this may be another fad.

If you’re at all like me, you’re looking at this mat because it is cheaper than all of the other alternatives, and you’re asking yourself if you should spend a couple pounds extra on something like this. The answer is no. You don’t need to worry about the quality or effectiveness of this mat as it is on point. I had been seeing adverts for shakti mats for so long that I was getting more and more curious, but was unwilling to foot a £60 bill on something I had never tried. Having bought this mat I’m so glad that I tried it and that I didn’t spend more, it’s perfect! The mat is padded with a Velcro opening to remove the cover, and the pillow has a zip on the back also. The spikes are well attached and seem plenty sturdy. When it comes to actually using this product, I’m in love. I use mine on my bed before going to sleep at night. You can wear a shirt but I have found I prefer bare skin for maximum effect. For the first few minutes, my thoughts were solely on the fact that I was laid on spikes and it was uncomfortable, but it stopped short of being actually painful and I put on some relaxation music/meditation/asmr and focused on that until I moved past it. After about 5 minutes, I don’t feel discomfort anymore, my back is usually really warming up and softening. I aim for around 20-30 minutes per session as I am trying to avoid falling asleep on it. I find that afterwards, there is almost a ghost sensation of the mat that is tingly and relaxed. I have used it every day that I’ve had it so far, and even though it’s not been long, I find myself heading to bed on an evening craving my mat. Give it a try, especially for this price :)

Prima spijkermat. Het is even wennen, maar daar na doet het wat het moet doen. Ik vind hem alleen erg kort. Is alleen voor het bovenlijf en de billen. Ik had hem voor het hele lijf verwacht.

Wir haben es bei Instagram gesehen und dann hier zu einem netteren Preis gefunden. Mein Freund erhielt es von mir zu Weihnachten und ist sehr begeistert. Man spürt ein wärmliches kribbel brennen und ja das ist angenehm. Problemlose Lieferung und gute Qualität 👌

Lo consiglio sia per il prezzo che per l'efficacia. Lo usiamo sia io per la circolazione delle gambe, sia il mio compagno per mal di schiena e cervicale. Per quanto riguarda risultati concreti ci vuole tempo e costanza quindi al momento mi limito a dire che la circolazione è visibilmente riattivata dopo l'utilizzo. Consigliato.

Much less expensive than others that I’ve seen and works great. Many uses later and still in good condition.
