3-Pack 16-inch Planting Rings – Robust, Watering Basin & Garden Edging

I never got these. They were too expensive but I’ve come into a few dollars and I’m reworking my landscaping out front and I am going to buy them because I know that will work. I just keep putting them in.

Good design, easy to install, sturdy material. These look attractive around the newly planted one-gallon plants and ensure the water goes deep to the roots. Because the rings are a solid piece, be sure the plant you are putting it around won't need a larger ring as the plant matures, or you will need to saw or cut it to remove it.

We were replanting our street curb planter and wanted delineation between the rocks and plants. These rings were a great solution to isolate each plant. The provide sufficient depth to set the ring into the ground while providing a decent height for the plant and mulch. My only gripe with these rings is that I had to get a large quantity (14) when I only needed seven (7). This was an expensive solution and now I have a bunch of extra rings that I'm not sure I will use. The cost per ring is reasonable but in my case, the cost is effectively double since I only needed half the quantity.

This is a nice water ring with the exception that the open and close latch breaks very easily, leaving you dealing with a way to fasten the ends back together after putting around the tree. I ended up securing with black tape and glue.

These are a little pricey, but worth it. They make watering a breeze focusing around the plant. Easy to push in the ground with a little sawing motion. I used a rubber mallet to level all around.

My front and side yards are sloped and I was tired of digging rings in the dirt only to have the rain wash them away. I could only put a little bit of water around each plant before it started running downhill so I love these rings! No more digging new rings in the dirt anymore and no more wasting water, plus the plants look better because they get all of the water now that I can fill in the ring. These are really lifesavers me. They are not cheap but definitely worth every penny you pay for them.

Good quality but difficult to install. I had to dig a trench around each tree to sink the rings properly. Trees were planted 3 days ago so the rings wouldn't sink into fresh dirt. Used a rubber mallet but broke off a tab and cracked the ring. Steel would have been a better choice.

Perfect ! Exactly what i wanted . Protects trees and holds water , Soil, Mulch inside . protects young trees from mow overs . expensive but they work well .

Love these rings around my rhubarb. Keeps the weeds away.
