How long is the sharpened part of the spear head?

The point is sharpened a little more than six inches from the tip to where it starts to flare.

Are attachment screws included? If not what size is needed

Yes, it did come with a screw to attach the head to the shaft. The screw provided was really too small, so I used a different one.

What is the length of the spear head

Measuring the spearhead from one end to the other is 11 in. The double edged blade is approximately 6 in.
