Evening Primrose oil capsules
I have been taking these now for a couple of months. They are a bit on the big size but can still be easily swallowed. I can say, for me, there are no negatives with taking these capsules but i can't point out any significant advantages either though. I'm sure they must be helping somewhere in me and I'm happy to continue taking them hoping so.

Quality product, great value
Been taking this easy to swallow, neutral tasting evening primrose oil for a month now and my skin looks and feels great. This is a quality product and is great value, will buy again.

I really like this product
I have been using this version if primrose oil alongside progesterone cream (natural) as together they help with Menapause problems. I can really tell when I run out and how I need both products together. Works well and I would recommend 👌
