I've really struggled with my thoughts and turning my life around, and I realized one of my biggest reasons is I don't guard my thoughts , also not spending quality time with the Lord. I discovered these by reading this book. I hope whoever reads this book it would help them as much as it's helped me.

I’m still reading this book, and I know that reading it one time and walking away and thinking that “l Got it “will only disappoint me later, it’s like having your favorite desert in front of you , you have the choice of eating it slowly and enjoying every bite, or gobbling it down and desiring more.
