The colors are nice and unlike many in this same price bracket, it has front and back handbrakes along with coaster (foot) breaks to allow kids to learn before they lose the coaster brakes on an adult bike.All that said, like reviewers of other similar models shipped by Amazon, my bike was damaged or lacking in QC upon arrival. The front fork was bent to the point where I was unable to mount the front tire. The box had been damaged and the brace the manufacturer puts in the fork is a cheap piece of black plastic which had also been destroyed. It is unclear where in the chain this went wrong - manufacture, warehouse/storage, or shipping.This was returned and we ended up buying a similar model at a brick and mortar so that I could personally check the condition of the bike before paying for it. We purchased a 12" and 16" on Amazon with no problems. But it seems like when the bikes get larger, they may be more prone to damage or bad QC. Anyway, it would've been a beautiful bike. You might get lucky. The nut used to hold the seat adjuster bolt in place was not in the packing material; therefore the seat cannot be installed. I called customer support and they are shipping a replacement part, but it seems ridiculous that parts are missing at all. All small parts should be tightly packaged and taped to the frame or something large so as to prevent lost pieces. Very frustrating.Assembling the bike went smooth until I got to the hand brake. It is nearly impossible to install correctly, and so I will have to take the bike to a repair shop for the hand-break installation. If you're a knowledgeable bike-putter-together person, this may not be a problem for you, but to the average joe, installing the hand break is an extreme test of patience of skill. None of which I had after an hour of working on the breaks alone and calling two additional neighbors for help. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Brake System Installation *by A***N on Reviewed in the United States on May 21, 2015* After two attempts to purchase a Razor 20" bicycle and both of those items being unavailable after we ordered them, we decided on this bicycle. The brake system is a little difficult to install. My husband and I both worked with it for two hours following the directions exactly as written. We're taking ours to a cycle shop to make sure we've installed it correctly. Other than that, excellent purchase. My daughter is thrilled with her birthday present!
