The Paddington Treasury: A Charming Collection of Classic Paddington Bear Stories and Adventures for Young Readers

My son loves his Paddington Bear stuffed animal, so I thought this book would be a nice addition to our bedtime stories. He was excited to recognize the character right away. I like that the book has a hardcover because it feels more durable for younger kids. The colorful pictures also help keep his attention while we read together. This is a cute book for young Paddington fans and makes a nice bedtime story option.

Paddington treasury is one of the most delightful books I have come across. The narration, the emotions captured, the characters, the dialogues, the thoughts - perfect! The stories can teach a child how to respect and protect someone's feelings naturally (one of the toughest traits to teach, especially in today's world). As far as I have seen, this is the only book with 6 stories together (Paddington, Paddington at the Palace, Paddington at the Zoo, Paddington in the Garden, Paddington & the Marmalade Maze, Paddington the Artist). You can read the stories in any order, but I recommend reading the first story before you start your journey with Paddington. Also, the most beautiful, vivid illustrations when compared to other books. Child of any age can relate to Paddington! Do not think twice if you come across this book. It is a classic gift to your child!

My ten-year-old daughter and I are great fans of Paddington Bear, and we both greatly enjoyed the stories in this book. We read one story out loud to each other every night, and once all six stories had been read, we agreed they were so good, we were going to re-read them again. It's nice to have a break from the more serious and grown-up books once in a while, and I'm sure fans of Paddington Bear of all ages will agree! The six stories in this collection are: Paddington Paddington at the Palace Paddington at the Zoo Paddington in the Garden Paddington and the Marmalade Maze Paddington the Artist Each story is beautifully-illustrated with lots of color illustrations and makes this a wonderful and engaging collection that will be treasured for many years to come. Long live Paddington Bear!

Our boys love Paddington stories and this book is a great selection of stories combined in one. They are easy to read for children and easy to listen to if a parent is reading them. Very colorful as well.

What's not to love with Paddington? The book was a little damaged, but what are you gonna do? Most everything you get from Amazon is, now.

The book is great for all ages to read and laugh at the hilarity from Paddingtn's point of view. Great for storytime.

This is a sweet collection of paddington stories. Nicely illustrated and a pleasure to read. Our 6 year old is into paddington bear and enjoys the book. We read one or two of these chapters every night, so it’s not en expensive book that will be read in one night.... unless it’s a loooong night. Lol

Arrived with damaged paper cover, so now I must return it & it wasn't ready in time for my granddaughter's birthday.

This was bought as a gift. Nicely illustrated book and Paddington stories are always a hit with young kids. I'm sure the recipient will be happy. Book arrived on time and in good condition.
