Good customer service
For my first order that arrived via the USPS, my delivery man handed them directly to me. Most of them were dead on arrival. I emailed the company and they responded the next day. The following week I received a new batch of lady bugs that were all alive via a different carrier. The new batch was left outside for a short period in the shade. These ladybugs solved my aphid problem. I followed the directions on the box and have lots of flowers blooming right now too.

Cute Little Bugs to Help your Plants Survive!
Awesome! I put them in the shade and didnโt get to release them for 2 days and 100% were alive! They were so cute and I scattered them throughout my gardens - sprinkling them out of the bag. Do check for ladybugs on your clothes before you go back inside though!

Alive and well
All the ladybugs were alive on delivery and lively when it was time to release into the garden. They stayed the following morning

As advertised
I received these ladybugs quickly and I was impressed with the quality. They arrived in a net bag inside a cardboard box with ventilation. I put them in the fridge for a few hours and then released them at dusk into my garden. Every single ladybug was alive. I certainly didnt count them all but I would say 1500 is an accurate number for how many came. If you are looking for live ladybugs, this is a good buy.

1/3 were still in the pouch dead the next morning.
We waited until dusk to release them. We watered down the tree first so the ladybugs could hydrate from the long journey. I was happy to see them spilling out of their pouch and onto the tree. The next morning, about 1/3 of the ladybugs were still in the pouch. Looking further I could see they were dead. I opened the pouch fully to see for certain and they all spilled out onto the ground. I've included a picture of them dead in the pouch and on the ground. I could understand a few dead, but 1/3 seems like a lot. I'm sure I'll need more later as it is a big tree and it is a big spider mite infestation. Not sure I would buy this product again.
