works well, seems to be quite accurate. pulse was the same as my blood pressure monitor, and O2 levels are consistent with what my readings are. I like the display can be rotated depending on which hand or finger you are using. Also that is a constant read device, Will continue to update as long as it's on your finger, Auto shutoff about 30 seconds after you remove. The lanyard on the case seems a bit large, but the case itself is nice, soft sided and Velcro close.All in all, I'm very satisfied with the product.

Love that it comes with a case, I paired it with a Funky Lanyard and using it around my neck during rounds, the batteries included have lasted over a month. So far I haven't dropped it, so haven't tested the durability yet, will let you know how that goes.Display is crystal clear, easy to configure the audible queues for HR and O2Sat, very happy with my purchase, and it registers very close to other similarly priced pulse oximeters (+/-) 1 or 2 BPM, haven't compared to bigger more expensive pulse oximeters yet.

I am a Respiratory Therapist and have had 5 pulse ox so far. This is the most reliable one I've had so far. Even compared to the expensive Nonin brand. It's 1/3 of the cost as well

Great, inexpensive tool for assessing blood oxygen level and heart rate. Don't try to diagnose yourself, but if you have reason to worry about whether you are just short of breath or exhibiting atrial fibrillation, etc., this helps. Give useful information, shows if there is a heart rhythm irrefularity, and accurate O2 level. I purchased this one because the cardiologist who examined me (at the pre-eminent medical facility in the country) used it in his office for a general screening.But again, don't try to diagnose yourself. There is way more to it than the simple measures this gadget offers.

Readings are accurate if your potassium is not low. If you get a low reading...in the 30's, (or really below 60) eat a banna or drink some OJ and try again. According to our Cardiologist, these measuring devices do not count the low pulses that occur when your potassium is low. To get a true reading when you have low potassium, you need an electocardiogram...acccording to our Cardiologist.

I'm a nurse and this Pulse Ox works great. I brought it to work to compare it to the monitors we have at work and this little gadget is very accurate. Easy to clean.

Seems to work well, but it's tighter than other oximeters I've used, so hurts my (normal-sized) finger. I'm not so concerned about the discomfort, as it isn't kept on the finger for long, but the tightness also seems to affect circulation, which might affect accuracy. When used normally, my perfusion index measured abnormally low (1-5%), but if I loosened the grip just a bit, it climbed into the mid teens.Still, the O2 and pulse measurements match those from another, less constricting, oximeter pretty closely, so I suppose it does its job well enough.Perhaps mine is atypically tight?

The unit itself seems to be fairly well-built and durable, very easy to use, the screen is bright and clear, and is comfortable enough to wear for a few minutes at a time. The included case is actually quite nice and the lanyard is decent quality. My only real complaint is that the screen is recessed a bit too much for my liking (at least on my unit). This leads to some screen orientations being difficult to read if you have your arm resting on the arm of a chair. It isn't a huge deal at all, but it looks as though the screen could've been raised a bit to make it easy to read in all orientations.
