I absolutely love this book! I bought it after catching a Tiktok live withe the creator that left me feeling empowered. I had a lot of anxiety surrounding re-entering the dating scene but this book has completely dissolved that fear. What I found most helpful was the first half of the book that focuses on self-fulfilment and contentment. I noticed a difference within days ! Highly recommend and will be buying Chantal's books for most people I know!

Just started reading this and its really enjoyable so far. The editing is appalling though. Incorrect numbering on the content page and consistent gaps mid sentence is slightly annoying throughout, as is the indented paragraphs, but that is personal opinion. Overall it is a good book and a great read, but I feel the author has been let down with the quality of the production of the content.

Bought on impulse. Absolutely nothing I didn't know. The text is badly spaced and a waste of money! Only decent thing was the title!

I havent bought this book, I dont want to buys this book. As on the fount cover it blatantly sexist, saying a "real man" how do u define a real man and what makes a real man from a unreal man. Like its like saying a Real woman would stay home to look after the kids to cook and clean, and how to find one. Sexist and unacceptable.

This is one of my favorites of hers. Even if you are not dating right now, this book is incredibly insightful. It really feels like one on one coaching. It is easy to read and flows smoothly. I felt my confidence building throughout each section. And now, when I am ready to date again, I feel confident that I have the perfect method to facilitate that process. This book helped me grow so much as a person and really take control of my life. I loved it.

Sorry, but I found it terrible, poorly written. Examples are so superficial...Lots of chapters precisely because there is no depth. Very disappointed.

Amazing book! I wish I had discovered the author and her work sooner. She addresses real-world problems and scenarios, then offers practical, effective methods to deal with them.
