Natural and genuine product
Its totally natural and safe from harmful chemicals. But after sometime of applying, it gets collected at a particular area of lips there's and needs to be spread/blend frequently. But overall it's genuine product with no harsh reaction.

Poor display quality
Poor packing and cheap outlook. Doubting whether it’s genuine product or not.

Average for a natural product
Difficult to apply during winters due to coconut oil base. A bit expensive too, but I guess it still does its job though you do have to reapply it in sometime again. After long term use it loses its texture and becomes grainy, hence the application is patchy. The brown tint it gives doesn’t look good. I have resorted to applying it at night because you can’t wear it outside.
