Metal Treatment Gallon - Rust Converter for Metal Surfaces - Rust Remover for Cars, Boats, Trucks, 1 Gallon

I sprayed my rusty diamond plate bed twice in 4 days with no sand paper or muscles required to get it ready for paint. Just a broom and some air get the loose dirt out before paint. I then connected this 32oz. quart can of White Rust-Oleum 7797502 Stops Rust paint to my brand new Mixing Mate 10-091 Quart Size paint mixer and mixed up the paint. Incredibly cool! I then poured this paint into this mason jar that screws on to the Critter Spray Gun. I then hooked it up to my DEWALT DWFP55130 Heavy Duty 200 PSI Quiet Trim Compressor with my inline TEKTON 4755 Oil/Water Separator filter I installed on the end of my spray gun. I then painted the back of my once rusted one ton utility bed and sides of my truck, which is no longer rusty, because I sprayed Skyco Ospho Surface Prep on it with a cheap old spray bottle. The Rust-Oleum 7797502 Stops Rust paint is of good quality. The mixing with the Mixing Mate was incredibly easy. What an invention! The compressor handled the job easily, not to mention it's the quietest compressor I've ever used! I'm so impressed with this Skyco Ospho Surface prep for removing metal rust. I didn't have any sanding or prep either! The Tekton filter had a tablespoon of water inside of it after I was done painting. All I did was push the button and out came the water. The Critter Spray Gun, Rust-Oleum Stop Rust Paint, Mixing Mate for paint, DEWALT DWFP55130 Quiet air compressor, Skyco Ospho Surface Prep, and the TEKTON 4755 filter all performed with quality. All 6 get a five stars rating! That's a 30 star review!

Repair rust easily! Ospho is the permanent solution for any rust. Clean it, sand any particles away, follow the instructions on the back and it works! Uses: my lawn mower, snow blower, any rust in the vehicles, or any rust anywhere. After treatment, let dry, then paint. Done! Inhibiting the metal and killing rust dead. Great product!

I have used Ospho on equipment, motorcycles, cars, trucks, trailers, new metals, old metals, and I have never ever had a problem with flash rust. Never have had adhesion or paintability problems with primers or paints using Ospho. Used epoxies and polyester primers never had a problem. Sprayed or brushed rustoleum or industrial oil base over treated Ospho never had a problem. Applied to sanded finishes that were washed, cleaned with wax and grease remover. Applied primer and or paint and those finishes lasted just fine. Applied body fillers over Ospho never had any problems. Get everything clean, de greased, washed apply ospho as instructed, prime, paint, and you will have a beautiful durable finish that will last a very long time. Ospho is #1 and a gallon will cover a lot. I brush or rub it on with a rag I do not spray it on. Wipe on wipe off it removes oxidation and dirt from paint. I could write a novel on my adventures with ospho over the years so could my father. Try some Ospho I dare you.

Ospho Metal Treatment does a good job preventing rust and treating metal surfaces. After applying it, the metal seemed well-protected and ready for painting or finishing. I appreciate that it’s effective and works as advertised. My only small complaint is that the application can be a bit tricky—it’s a thin liquid, so it drips easily and requires careful handling. Overall, it’s a solid product and I’d recommend it, just be prepared to take your time during application.

MAGIC!! I’ve got a couple older cars that Rust, so twice a year I just park them over dirt and spray this stuff everywhere, especially up underneath lips and in hard to reach areas. The best way to do this would be to use compressed air and a parts sprayer. This will take surface rust and literally turn it black and stop it. Do it twice a year, and you do not have new rust happening. Do not do this over concrete though! It will eat your concrete up

Works like crazy

Great product I used to combat rust on a large ship. It can remove rust stains on white paint and prepare steel for painting after rust is chipped off. Will also brighten white paint
