Great cinnamon!
Good quality, mild fragrance and mildly sweet. I like being able to buy the larger size bag so I have plenty on hand. I find the price reasonable. I make cinnamon water/tea with it and enjoy it both iced and hot.

The real cinnamon.
The fresh aroma and flavor of these sticks are potent you don't need a lot for teas and when grinding for baking a little goes a long, long way. They come very dry but fresh, you can break easily with your hands. I like the quality of these sticks and plan to buy again instead of the Saigon cinnamon. I read that ceylon cinnamon is better for your health and your blood. I drink cinnamon and clove in my tea nearly everyday and I can taste the difference between this one and the super hard saigon cinnamon.

Flavorful!
These sticks are wonderful in tea. The flavor lasts for 2 or 3 cups of tea. I have heard the used sticks are good for house plants, we shall see.

Is there supposed to be a taste to them?
I read the reviews which is reason I chose this brand but the sticks have absolutely no flavor or smell to them?? Not sure if they are dried out as this is my first time using them and was recommended by a herbalist. I tasted on of the sticks and there is no taste and feels like wood! Not sure if I will purchase again.

Ceylon Cinnamon Sticks
Unbelievable, only 5 pieces inside a tiny little bag packed within. At that price as quoted, is way too expansive. Though it may be the real stuff, it is just way too much at that kind of price quote. The packaging on the photo looks more than 5 pieces but it is not!
