Dry, crumbly, and burnt
Mine came dry, crumbly, and burnt. It's disgusting. I was so excited for it to come, now I wish I never ordered this brand

I'm not as fond of these... the top of the castella is too dark, was perhaps left in the oven too long-? and has a "burnt" taste. Not buying these again... there are better brands out there.

It was oily and dry. I had to chug water after every other bite. Will not buy again.
