You may not need hours of PT and expensive custom shoe inserts. Try a pair of these - may need to get shoes a half-size larger. Also, don't cheap out on your shoes. Skechers and Crocs have saved my feet. Along with cutting out high-impact jogging/running. I can get away with hours of tennis or walking with no problems. I'm sure the same would apply to pickleball, and of course there are also other low-impact options like cycling or ellipticals. But start with these - your paws will thank you!

They’re not terrible, but not good, either. After using them for a week, they’re about to fall apart. Very difficult to get your foot in your shoe without these rolling up on themselves. They’re very tacky, so once they’ve rolled up on themselves it’s almost impossible to get them unrolled unless you take your shoe off.

Ok I'm 44yrs old, a female welder/ fabricator, on her feet in steel toe boots 8-12 hrs a day on concrete. Not only that but I've been cursed with what the podiatrist called "the worst sharpest heel spurs " he's ever seen after my MRI come back.... Apparently my spurs form a sharp hooked point n land directly in my tendon. So foot pain is an understatement, I am in tears every night I come home feet throbbing. It's suffering day in n out... I've tried every insole known to man, bought only expensive top of the line boots the last pair over $350, nothing not a damn one of them helped.. I seen these and my inner voice kept yelling at me to try them n I did. I didn't expect anything out of these just more disappointment... So today around 2pm Im at work n looked up n yelled at my coworker, "omg my feet don't hurt". Weirded him out but who cares, my feet didn't hurt... It's now 8pm n they still don't hurt... They are normally throbbing n I'm in pain till I get up in the morning... Only today there's only minor aches from 10hrs on concrete in my boots from hell. These freaking things work...ok if you are in pain n hesitant, do it but them... I'm a real person, unpaid reviewer who had to leave this review in case someone out there battling my same curse falls up on it to help them . I honestly wish I could hug whoever made these . Your a godsend...and if anyone thinks this is an over the top dramatic review, well then, live with the hell I have for 14yrs in my profession n tell me how the heck you would be on the first day pain free.... I should be farting rainbows n kissing leprechauns right now. Trust me these are great

I got them for ankle support inside my shoes. They are terrible. They are flimsy and rubbery. They are horrible. I have a pair of these like sneaker boots and I figured they would give me support in the heel and what a waste of money. Shame. I bought two pairs thinking they were going to be a little more supportive. Don't waste your money

Having problems with fat pad . After going to the doctor 5 times saying plantar faciiitis I've found out it the fat pad . So wearing these after day 1 big deference. Felt so much better. 1 week later back to pain. Like they are worn out.

These heel cups are a quality product. They fit into my shoes perfectly and gave some good support. However they did not solve my issue. Which I later found out was a achilles tendon tear. Now wearing the beloved "boot" for six to eight weeks.UGHHHH!
