I use a simple phin filter to drip brew about a cup of water through three tablespoons of coffee over two tablespoons of condensed sweet milk. Toss ice in there, and if you want, tapioca pearls, and you're done! It is strong and dry, but smooth and flavorful. If you're not a fan of strong coffee, be ready to dilute it (but hey, it will last you forever)!

If you love strong coffee, this is the one to get. It has deep roasted flavor. It does taste different that coffee without chicory, however, you can add more or less cream to capture the taste you want. The only thing missing are the warm beignets.

This is excellent coffee. The chicory adds a unique flavor to it. It also brews very strong, and I like strong coffee...so a can stretches out. Bought in Oct 2024 for roughly 16.50 a can, at the time that was about a 1$ a can cheaper than buying direct from CAfeDuMonde in the states and shipping by UPS ground to Canada.
