Furniture has low backs, cushions are weak. *by L***Z on Reviewed in the United States on June 30, 2020* Our sofa arrived in a disarray of boxes with no overall instructions, missing nuts, bolts, washers, and feets for one of the corner chair unit. The hardware was scattered among boxes and there was no overall instructions, nor any explanation of when and how many boxes were to arrived. To finish it we had to go to the hardware store.The sofa arrived in three boxes in three different deliveries over the course of 5-6 days. Each box contained two chairs. One was a slightly bigger hst the others as it also included the very low coffee table. After the first box arrived Amazon showed the item as having been delivered, but two boxes had yet to be received and no information was available to verify they were in transit. Certainly confusing. For all of that the listing gets two stars.**The sofa requires complete assembly**The product itself deserves 3 stars provided you are not too tall or heavier than about 260 bs. The chairs are not super sturdy, but are adequate if treated with care. It sits low for tall folks, so not so comfortable for bigger and taller bodies, and for older people having issues lifting from a chair not good at all as it lacks firm support and arms . Back cushions are too soft, lower ones just barely adequate. Do note that since the chair backs are low, you can feel the edge of the chair back making pressure on your mid back. Not comfortable. We bought some better decorative cushions to place over and that helps a bit. This is also a definite step up over the provided decorative cushions in both comfort and look, but it raised the cost in the unit by $90. The missing hardware cost were another $15. But we are not complete yet as we are now waiting for seller's response on the missing feets for a corner chair.I can see where some of the economies were made for the price it was offered for. We bought it for $580 delivered.***UPDATE July 3, 2020. *** Seller has contacted us and is advising it is shipping the missing parts by Fed Ex. Response was within 24 hours of this review and a problem ticket through Amazon. We are happy they are addressing the issue of missing parts. Will update the review once we have received these.***Update July 7, 2020. *** Received a package from the Seller including most of the missing hardware, particularly the l shape feet that are essential to a safe and complet chair. We also received two missing pillows. Seller sent this from China by Federal Express. That was nice, the intent was good, and the response quick. Much appreciated. Thank you! However, they did not include the nuts. Well its okay, we had gotten those locally and it was the feet themselves that were most important. With that we raise the original review from 2 stars to 3 stars. My wife concurs. In summary with caveats made, this is a good set.
