I iron a slightly larger area than I need to the fabric I will be adhering, then cut the shape I want. Then you remove the paper backing and iron the cut fabric on to the backing fabric. Stitch around the edges and voila! I have heard of many people using this product with a Cricut machine, and it does dull those blades. I am not familiar with die-cutting machines. **Q: Is this good to use for face mask?** A: It’s not the best choice for the face portion of the mask but it is great for holding nose wire in place inside the nose bridge of a mask. **Q: can i fuse 2 pieces of minky fabric together with this?** A: You would have to iron a piece of heat and bond on the back of one piece and then put pieces together back to back. You would have to iron on top of milky fabric, so I would use a light cotton towel to cover and then you will have to see if it bonded thru the fabric.You could try Heat and bond that is stronger than the light I use. Good luck! **Q: My husband has some polyester shorts with a vinyl number that is coming off. Can I use this adhesive to reattach the number?** A: Hi, sure you can. I would recommend using a pressing cloth on top of the shorts to prevent damage. If you don't have a pressing cloth a pillow case will work fine.
